Konyaspor showed their support for a young fan facing a serious health challenge. Club Football Branch Manager Ali Camgöz, captain Adil Demirbağ and player Ahmet Oğuz visited 17-year-old supporter Sude Ay at her home as she undergoes treatment for spinal cancer.
Sude had attended Konyaspor's recent 1-0 victory over Trabzonspor last weekend despite her illness. Her determination resonated widely on social media, prompting the club's visit. During the meeting, well-wishes were conveyed and the outpouring of fan support was discussed.
Ali Camgöz said, "We saw Sude on social media. I was very moved." Camgöz added they hope to benefit from Sude's prayers and energy in upcoming matches. Camgöz also noted that the team has collected only 3 points from its last five Süper Lig matches, placing them 16th, and that support from fans like Sude is invaluable amid this tough mid-season period.
