Konyaspor are continuing their preparations at full pace for their upcoming Süper Lig match against Başakşehir. Under head coach İlhan Palut, the team held their second training session of the day at the Murat Kurum Facilities on Saturday, 26 September.

Journalist Büşra Üstündağ noted, "Konyaspor are continuing their preparations for the Başakşehir match with a training session to be held at noon today (Saturday, 26 September)." The session began with warm-up exercises before moving on to small-sided games of 6 vs 3 and 6 vs 8. It concluded with tournament-style matches. Players returning from national team duty did not take part.

The team will hold a double session on Sunday, 27 September. Konyaspor currently sit 15th in the Süper Lig with 4 points from 6 matches, with their last five results reading DWLLL. The home fixture against Başakşehir on 11 October presents a key opportunity to break this difficult run. Palut's side are targeting three points with home advantage.
