On 23.08.2026 at 09:45, Anderson Talisca posted on social media that the rumors of his transfer to Al Jazira were "False news". The comment was deleted within minutes.

Fenerbahçe’s Statement

Fenerbahçe explained that Talisca would not be in the Tümosan Konyaspor match due to the 10+4 foreign‑player rule. The club said that because one of the 11 foreign players could not be listed, Talisca would be rested and planned for the upcoming Olympique Lyon game.
